Whytock & Reid walnut wardrobe, flat top with rounded edge over a pair of central robe doors which open to reveal a brass rail and hanging space over a long internal base drawer with two brass handles, flanked by third sized smaller top doors, one with interior shelves and the other with pull out slides, each side door is over an arrangement of four graduating short drawers on a moulded base with Deco motifs, on ogee feet, the whole skillfully veneered and with small rosette wooden handles, 168 x 240 x 61cm.
Wardrobe separates into three sections, top and base.
Generally in good used condition with light wear and a few small damages. There is some gapping between the drawer bases and the front. The top left door has some scratches on the lock and on the inside of the wardrobe. The bottom left drawer is stiff. There are some small damages along the base, some white marks that look like water marks. The right central door has sagged slightly. The right hand side looks as though it may be paler and sun faded compared to the rest, but not significantly so.
