French Intendant General Officers Kepi. A scarce interwar period example circa 1930. Scarlet cloth crown with wide band of silver lace embroidery. Silver lace decoration is repeated to the crown. The interior with leather sweatband and cotton lining with initials JR. Scarlet remains fresh the kepi retains a good shape. GC
In 1931 the colour of the embroidery changed from silver to gold
