by Charles Mash, Dublin 1821, with an additional maker's mark, TP & S (possibly Thomas Prime & Sons) in the Hanoverian pattern, later-engraved in the aesthetic style, the oval bowls engraved with birds amongst foliage, with similar decoration to the terminals, 22.5cm / 7.74oz
