A PAIR OF RENAISSANCE OAK AND POLYCHROME GRIFFINS, NORTHERN FRANCE, CIRCA 15801600. The pair of winged Griffin in recumbent pose, both with open snarling mouths, their highly detailed wings folded back to the rear haunches, set on a slender base with nulled detail.
