In fairly rough overall condition. The locomotive has only its four drive wheels, lacking its front bogie. The surface is generally patinated/dirty, with chips and knocks, patches of surface rust etc. Wheels will turn, though with some resistance from the pistons. Mechanics have not been tested and cannot be guaranteed.
