Australian States; Victoria; 1886-96 1d brownish orange (or possibly orange-brown ?) unmounted mint block of 16 (2 x 8), and u.m. vertical strip of five of the same. Generally very fine, but some folded perfs, some minor wrinkles on gum, perfs a bit worn at foot of block, one mark on gum. SG 313f (cat.£294 for m.m.).
