Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - light surface marks.
Glass - surface marks and some chip marks to the outer edge.
Hands - minute hand broken and missing - requires a replacement.
Case - some tarnishing, associated case dated 1915, movement circa 1919.
Crown - adjusting correctly.
