19th century silver brooch / pendant collet set with a large cabochon sapphire within rose-cut diamond surround, 4.1 x 2.5cm approx, 15g (pin later addition)
No major issues. Sapphire has a few pin head chips and one more noticeable positioned at the bottom (see images). There is a visible internal fissure, not surface reaching.
Sapphire 16cm L x 12 W x 6 D approx (depth of sapph visible over mount, could be more).
Tests as a sapphire, cannot confirm if it is natural.
No missing diamonds, one is cracked in half so may want to be replaced.
Some solder to reverse.
