A primitive mandolin style wooden string instrument, and a second Folk Art primitive wooden instrument, largest length 58cm (2)

The mandolin style instrument is in overall good condition, solid structure, there are a large amount of surface markings and scratches, there is also a small chip to the head of the mandolin, 2 strings are missing, the head of 1 of the tuners is also missing. The second instrument is in good solid condition, there is a split down the neck of the instrument, it is unclear if this is an original part of the wood or a new split, there are several splits also around the instrument both on the underside of the neck and the underside of the base and there are also general surface marks rubbing scratching consistent with use
