Engine - Street mk. 3 500cc, DOHC, 60 BHP and 9800 rpm. Engine No. 10992
Clutch - Jawa, multiplate
Carburettor - Wak Phillips 'Jetspeed', fuel injector
Fuel - Methanol
John Louis developed this type of frame (the JLR Camel) to allow for more flexibility in the diamond and also to accommodate the recently introduced centre carburettor engines.
