WW1 2nd Bn Hampshire Regiment 1917 Military Medal. Awarded to 10629 PTE A. GOSLING 2/HANTS.R. Small edge knocks. London Gazette for the Military Medal 14th January 1918. Private Alfred Gosling of Winchester first saw action at Gallipoli with the 2nd Bn and later won the Military Medal for service in France. He was reported wounded on the 12th June 1918.
