The condition is good, there is good impasto to the paint. The signature is clear, lower right.
There is an exhibition label attached, lower left. The painting would benefit from a light clean to bring out some of the colours.
The frame, which appears to be original, has some knocks and scrapes and again would probably benefit from a light clean.
No major faults.
