A 19th century cast iron cannon mounted on a later wood and metal carriage. The barrel with GR cypher in raised relief next to the vent hole is 84 cms (33ins) long with an approximate bore diameter of 6.5cms (2.5ins) and a bore depth of 67cms (26.375ins). The later wood and metal constructed carriage has a total length of 168cms (66ins) including the barrel with the wheels being 52cms (20.5ins) diameter.Condition Report:The barrel and wheels can be removed. Rust to some of the metal parts on the carriage
