Two taxidermy deer slots on shield plinths, one for Quantock Staghounds dated '22/10/31' 34cm long , the other for Devon& Somerset Staghounds dated '14th March, 1958' 33cm long, together with a late Victorian black and white photograph of a twelve point stag's head with manuscript note 'Dimensions given to me by the Secretary to the Devon & Somerset Stag Hounds. Tuesday 6th August 1895 of 'The' Stag which ran into the conservatory at St Audries, East Quantocks Head. I saw the run from field to finish & was in at the death on foot.
