A COLLECTION OF DERBYSHIRE SALTGLAZE STONEWARE, 19th century, comprising a tobacco jar with the Royal Coat of Arms, 3 1/4" high, a cottage ornee tobacco box and cover, an oak leaf and acorn sprigged oval potted meat dish, 5 1/4" wide overall, a squat globular teapot and cover, and a shaving cup moulded with a toper and rabbit hunting scene, 4 1/2" high (5) (Est. plus 24% premium inc. Tobacco jar lacks lid and one side (including a lion) has no glaze and is cracked through this lion from rim to base, shaving cup lacks cover, cottage cover has two small chips to knop and cottage is chipped to rim with one corner glued. SOLD IN SALE 20.03.24 BUT SALE RESCINDED AS UNPAID FOR
