Silver and silver gilt presentation vase, raised on four silver gilt lion rampant feet, celtic decorative border with four set oval cut citrines, assay marked Glasgow 1937, Edward and sons. Inscription "To my friend JG Clark (Jamie) from Will Fyffe (Willie) in appreciation of Rusacks 1946, height 19.5cm, weight 621 grams Will Fyffe (Scottish 1885-1947) Actor/song writer Will Fyffe appeared in 23 major films 1930's and 1940's, recorded over 30 songs, witty masterpieces, enveloped in engaging melody and delivered with Will's own unique style. His singer/songwriter skills are still well known today. "I belong to Glasgow" (Will Fyffe was one of the investors in the Rusacks hotel).

The presentation vase is in excellent condition. Some very minor surface abrasions and some light internal and external tarnish
