Philip NORMAN (c.1843-1931) Rye from Below Winchelsea Watercolor, 22.5 x 45.5cm.
There is a small tear present in the lower left hand corner of the piece, measuring 3cm in length (please see additional image). The piece has not been examined out of the frame, there is some dirt present, yet it is hard to decipher whether this sits on the inside of the glass or the artwork itself.
