A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH CHASSEPOT 'YATAGHAN' BAYONET. With a 57 cm yataghan blade with pointed tip, single edge and broad fuller, the cross piece with forward facing quillon, numbered 80031, with brass grip and black finished steel scabbard numbered 64587. 71 cm.
Light marking and wear, generally a good example.
