A Leica Leicaflex SL SLR Camera Outfit, late 1960s German, chrome, serial no. 1223828, with original instruction booklet, fitted with a Leitz Vario Elmar R 1:3,5/35 70mm E60 lens, serial number 3348205, the lens with its original box and instructions. From a private collection, Hertfordshire. -Mechanically good working order -Shutter functions at all speeds -Shot number tracker counts, but may reset to wrong place. -Back opens -seal around back inside near hinge has break/tear (may cause light leak[untested]) -see photo -Battery compartment not corroded (see photo) -Lens blades open to all apertures -Lens blades can be closed to selected aperture via the button on front of the camera -Lens focus & zoom function smoothly -Lens does not appear to have any mould or growths inside
