1665 Charles II silver pattern Farthing, struck by John Roettier (Peck 407). Obverse: left-facing laureate cuirassed bust with the date (1665) below and 'CAROLVS · A · CAROLO' around. Reverse: seated Britannia with shield, spear and branch, 'BRITANNIA' below and 'QVTVOR · MA · RIA · VINDICO' around. Weight: 6.22g. Diameter: 24mm. Grade: gF - very attractive, with a reflective background, dinks to the left of Britannia on the reverse, good Fine.
