A typed and signed letter to Brigadier General Hayes Kroner 6th February 1948 sent on Eisen Howers last day at the pentagon as Army chef of staff. Kroner was the former head of the US war deportments military intelligence service with original envelope. Eisen Howers went on to a role as the 13th President of Columbia university before being elected 34th President of the United States in 1953
