A pair of Victorian 19th century ebonised & gilt painted papier mache hall chairs. Each chair having an oval shaped back rest hand painted with couple posing to centre flanked by barley twist columns to sides. All decorated with gilt floral & foliate motifs. Blue upholstered seats, all raised on barley twist turned supports united by matching peripheral stretchers. Each measures approx. 98cm x 46cm x 41cm.
