A VICTORIAN SILVER-MOUNTED AND POTTERY BISCUIT BARREL

the silver stand by Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall, London 1883, with a swing-handle and bun feet, the pottery barrel decorated with flow-blue transfer-printed fruits and branches to the gilt ground, printed factory mark to base, the silver cover engraved with foliage. 20cm high (excl. handle), weighable silver 18.5 troy ounces



The marks are clear. No chips, cracks or restoration to the pottery. In generally very good condition commensurate with age.
