More Information

Powder pot: Overall condition is very good. Some small areas of flaking to the glazing and enamel peppered around the lid and bowl, but not showing through to the metal underneath. There does appear to be a seam or crack to the 'waist' or the bowl. Heavy scratching to the base of the bowl and the interior, gilt is largely worn away. Mirror in tact, no cracks or chips.

Inkwell: Lid is detached from the inkwell. Lid has heavy denting, mount shows moderate scratching, wear and discolouration. Glass is in good order, no cracking or chips. Moderate scratching, concentrated to feet and base. Hallmarks are worn.
