A worksplate, BUILT BY BRITISH RAILWAYS DONCASTER 1960 POWER EQUIPMENT ENGLISH ELECTRIC COMPANY LIMITED, from a BR Class 71 electric No E5022 built in September 1960 and allocated new to Stewarts Lane, renumbered E5006 in October 1968 and 71006 in December 1973. Withdrawn from Ashford in November 1977 and cut up by Cashmores at Newport in August 1978. Chromed cast brass, 10½"x6", the front repainted. (Postage Band: B)
