A beech and elm Windsor chair by Samuel Snawdon, Yealmpton. With stick back, stamped mark, together with three other stick-back Windsor chairs (4).
The Snawdon chair is in a good sturdy condition with firm joints but with a small amount of movement on the stick backs, the three other stick backs have firm joints, one of the backrest supports is split away from the seat.
