A smokebox numberplate, 45444, from a LMS Class 5 4-6-0 No 5444 built by Armstrong Whitworth, Works No 1499, in 1937, becoming BR 45444. Its many BR sheds included Patricroft, Kentish Town, Brunswick, Annesley, Woodford Halse, Nottingham, Fleetwood and Lostock Hall from where it was withdrawn in August 1968 and sold for scrap to Drapers at Hull.
