A Victorian carved oak and red velvet upholstered settee, in Carolean Revival style, circa 1880; the triple chair back with central armorial cresting flanked by archers seated on scrollwork; the crestings either side with openwork scrolling foliate and Grotesque motifs; above three arched and upholstered backrests interspersed with further openwork carved detail; the padded arms with panther head terminals; a seat rail at the front with conforming carved motifs, above four fluted baluster legs at the front and four block and turned back legs, all with scroll carved and turned stretchers; 140cm high, 1659cm wide
