A circa 1795 Mutzig musket and bayonet; the lock-plate engraved Châtellerault, the top strap engraved 1822 (possibly the date of rifling) and the 103cm barrel stamped 1831 (possibly the date of conversion from flintlock to percussion), the stock stamped with MR in circle and CHATT.
