Sharjah. 1953 Air Mail covers from R.A.F Sharjah to G.B bearing British Postal Agency in Eastern Arabia stamps, one franked KGVI ½a, 1a + QEII 1½a, the other 1953 Coronation 2½a + 1r, both cancelled "FIELD POST OFFICE /518" c.d.s. F.P.O 518 then located at Bahrain, its use on mail from Sharjah very scarce. (2). Photo on Page 66.
