£65
A pair of Staffordshire greyhounds, 19th century, modelled seated, beside a tree stump with caught game, upon oval base with ferns and gilt banding, each 32cm high, with a Royal Doulton 'The Pointer' dog, set to a naturalistic plinth, designed by G. Tongue, printed maker's mark to base, 22cm high (3) (at fault)
Each greyhound shows rubbing to gilt banding, minor glazing faults including frits and minor cracks. One base shows a loss (please see photo). Both show signs of long term storage and would benefit from a clean.
The pointer shows no obvious chips, cracks, crazing, signs of damage nor restoration.
