William Harby(1927-2015) is a sculptor, painter and a mechanical engineer. He worked at the Harvard Observatory from 1965 managing a a program in solar physics with telescopes flown on the Skylab Space Station.
This painting belongs to a private collection in Hongkong and will be shipped from there if sold.
