A 19th Century Indo-Persian Ceremonial Battle Axe with concealed blade. Brass crescent shaped axe head carved with scrolling floral motifs mounted onto a steel shaft bearing koftgari decoration. Screw-out finial heel concealing a tapering stiletto blade. Measures approx 63cm.
