Interesting Collection of Six American Sterling Silver Teaspoons. Total weight approx. 163g.
Each spoon is different:
1 - Marked 'Sterling'. Depicts Fort Dearborn 1830 - Chicago - Lincoln Statue - Public Library. On reverse, Government Building - Post Office - Fort Dearborn - Douglas Monument.
2 - S in shield of Simon Bros and marked 'Pat Mar. 15.92'. Depicts Philadelphia - 1776 - Penn Treaty - Native Americans on Shoreline.
3 - RW&S Sterling. Depicts USS Maine - US bavy ship sunk in Havana Harbour Feb 15th 1898 contributing to the outbreak of the Spanish-American war April 1898.
4. Marked 'Sterling' and depicting Boston- North Church - Old State House - Feneuil Hall - Paul Reverie.
5 - RW&S Sterling. Depicts September - Libra - Morning Glory.
6 - Marked 'Sterling' with a makers mark of 'A'. Engraved with a flower and monogrammed with the initial 'M'.
Also includes a serving fork.
