WW2 British MkII Steel Helmet. Original rough textured paint. Penciled "RAF" to front within a heart. Shell is dated 1940. Original 1939 dated liner and chinstrap. Size approx 7 1/4.
Liner has lost some of the tar finish and has remains of stuck on paper. Tar also on chinstrap.
