A 46 bore percussion boxlock pocket pistol for "top hat" caps, by Stone of Aylesbury, c 1830, 5¾" overall, turn off barrel 1½" with B'ham proofs and numbered "3", the signed frame engaved with trophies of flags, with sprung cap retainer in the form of a small frizzen, concealed trigger, top thumb safety, and plain walnut butt with vacant oval escutcheon.
