Former Bristol Zoo Gardens - the original 'Half Gorilla' sculpture, originally situated near the main Gorilla Island viewing platform, just outside the Gorilla House. Fibreglass construction, the sculpture allowed visitors to 'climb in' to the other half, resembling a half-gorilla-half-human. An iconic and well-remembered feature to any visitor of Bristol Zoo Gardens. Measures approx. 121cm x 36cm. Removed since photography (July 2024).
