Bids made within 5 minutes of the closing time will add an additional 5 minutes bidding time. This will continue until no further bids are received. NB It is essential to refresh your screen (F5) regularly. PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE BIDDING AS WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL BIDS. NB: You will pay 44% on the hammer price on some lots in this auction. This is made up of 20% VAT on the hammer price (VAT registered vendor) together with 24% Buyer's Premium. Please check the fees box on each lot for the correct fees. All Gas and Electrical items are deemed as ‘Trade’ and are to be installed by a competent member of the appropriate Trade or purchased only by a member of that Trade. The goods shall be acquired by the Purchaser at his own risk. A £100 deposit is required for all bidders not known to the Auctioneers. This will be refunded automatically at the end of the sale if the bid is not successful. If the bid is successful, this sum will be used towards the final bill. Payment of goods is by bank transfer or by card payments on-line or by phone. Follow the link on your invoice email to pay on line. Invoices are sent out at the when the auction ends. Payment MUST be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. We are open Mon to Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm for collections. We are not open at the weekend or on Bank Holidays ALL LOTS MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS OF THE AUCTION ENDING. WE DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY/COURIER SERVICE FOR THIS AUCTION. ITEMS UNCOLLECTED AFTER 10 DAYS WILL DEEMED ABANDONED AND FORFEITED. CONDITION REPORTS: Please note that at auction it is up to you, the bidder, to satisfy yourself about the condition of an item. All lots are available for your own inspection or for inspection by an expert instructed by you. MST Auctioneers are not entering into a contract with you in respect of the Condition Report and accordingly we do not assume responsibility to you in respect of it, nor do we agree to owe you, as a Bidder, any obligation or duty in respect of this free report about a lot.
