Railway. G.W.R. steam. A good collection of approx. 900+, black and white, postcard size prints, housed in a storage box. The prints feature ex GWR and constituent locomotives and scenes mostly in BR days, they are in number order 5076-6363 with many loco. numbers present, there are very few gaps, there are some locos with more than 1 print but little if any duplication. The prints are from a variety of sources including: R.K. Blencowe, The Transport Treasury, Photomoatic Ltd, Rev. John Parker, Norman Simmons, G.W Sharpe, Hugh Davies, R.S. Carpenter, Initial Photographics etc. Most/all of the prints are captioned. No copyright, sample illustrated.
