Rare 1941 Dated WW2 British Raw Edge Mk II Helmet. These were made by Briggs Motor Bodies Let of Dagenham for the British Home Guard Units. The missing edge strip was to conserve metal and to save time with the supply and high demand that the Home Defence services were desperately needing. The raw edge Mk II are getting quite scarce as so many were weighed in for scrap after the War.
