Good French gilded brass and porcelain panelled two train mantel clock, the movement back plate bearing the makers trademark maker's logo (A * B in an ellipse) and stamped no. 3743/17 3, striking on a bell, the light grey dial inscribed Page Keen & Page, Plymouth beneath six o'clock and over a painted panel depicting houses by a lakeside within a gilded jewelled border, with further painted panels to the sides depicting tall houses in rural landscapes also within jewelled and gilded borders, the brass flared stepped case with silvered turned pillars and finials, surmounted by a stepped caddy top, upon a gilded wooden and ebonised dome base, 20" high overall (pendulum, but missing dome)
