Harper one wire two position block instrument, unfortunately fire damaged, hardwood case has scorching to R/H and rear, top moulding also scorched, no glass, some glass beading survives, from a display perspective the instrument has potential as front & L/H have little fire damage, a fire damaged block bell accompanies this item (bell is spares/repair only).
