French AN XIII/Model 1816 Curassier's broadsword, this is an amalgam of an 1811 dated curassier blade with a Model 1816 hilt, back of blade marked Mfure Impl du Klingenthal Juin 1811, 95cm double fullered blade with inspection marks, leather and wire grip, guard stamped with inspection marks and 1346, light verdigris to part of hilt, otherwise good very fine.
