Inscribed to rear of box, Presented to Alderman Walter Eastwood by the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the County Borough of Wallasey in commemoration of the conferment upon him of the honorary freedom of the Borough. 22cm x 14cm x 24cm h. Weight 1686gm.
