Good English ebonised double fusee bracket clock, the 6" silvered rounded arched dial inscribed Philcox's Patents, no. 44., the movement with locking pendulum, within a stepped case inlaid with brass lines, 13.5" high (pendulum and keys)
General condition appears reasonable, with very slight loss of silvering to the dial and minor hairline cracks to the case with expected wear and tear for age, the metal movement bracket straps need tightening to the side of the case; both going and striking trains of this clock are running but complete original working order cannot be guaranteed, the movement needs to be properly re-braced to the side of the case, the case itself has expected wear and tear for age, the dial only very minor wear, all keys present.
