Group of five (5) 1893-1900 Queen Victoria 'Widowed Head' silver Shillings (S 3940 and S 3940A). Includes (1) 1893 Shilling, (2) 1894 Shilling, (3) 1895 Shilling, (4) 1897 Shilling, and (5) 1900 Shilling. Obverses: Veiled Head effigy by Sir Thomas Brock with legend around that reads 'VICTORIA · DEI · GRA · BRITT · REGINA · FID · DEF · IND · IMP ·'. Reverses: three crowned shields of arms with national flower emblems in between, surrounded by garter, 'ONE SHILLING' above with date below. Composition: 925 silver.
