A Sino-Tibetan bronze figure of buddha, 19th century, seated in dhyanasana, right hand in vitarka mudra, left hand in dhyana mudra holding a healing pod, 18.5cm high
The exterior of the figure appears to once have been git highlighted, to reverse of the figure there appears to be a filled hole, opposite this there is a noticeable crack and vacant aperture approximately 4cm wide, repair attempts can be seen surround this, the moulding appears particularly naïve, with some losses to high points of the lugs which flank the head
