Bayonet: A good Imperial German Model 1884/98 knife bayonet, widely used in WW1. Scabbard regimentally marked to the 12th Company of the 2nd Reserve Infantry Regiment. In its leather mounted steel scabbard. Good polished grips & clean blade. Ricasso marked 'Erfurt' and on the reverse 'Weyersberg & Kirschbaum Solingen'. Chape with some pitting. The rest in good condition with service wear.
