A collection of stamps from Great Britain, Tasmania, Bermuda, Canada, Antigua, Jamaica, Barbados, St Vincent, Cape of Good Hope and other Commonwealth / British Empire Countries.

Great Britain Queen Victoria ‘Eight pence orange’, c1876, with large corner letters (SG 156), used (with pencil 45 on reverse).

Stamps from Tasmania, all used, including some Van Diemen’s Land, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Victoria stamps.

Collection of Bermuda stamps: c1880s four pence used, c1918 2/and six pence and 10/- both without gum and with purple overprint, and four high values from c1938, 2/-, 2/and six pence, 5/- and 10/- mounted mint (7 stamps).

Collection of Canada stamps, five unopened (sealed!). glassine packets from Canada Post, each containing sheetlets of (Queen Elizabeth) stamps c1967: sheetlet/packet of 25x4cents (SG 582b), two sheetlet/packets of 20x5cents (one without, SG 583b, and one with phosphor bands, SG 583pa), and two sheetlet/packets of 50x3cents Carol singers issue (one without, SG 618a, and one with phosphor bands, SG 618pa).

Collection of Antigua stamps. From 1863 through to the 1880s are x6 used examples of the renowned six pence green: x1 with small star watermark from the 1860s, imperforate (approx. 29½mm x 23½mm), x2 perf. 14 with CC watermark, x1 perf. 14 with CA watermark, x1 with rough perfs and small star watermark, and x1 with perf. 12½ and inverted CC watermark. Shades unchecked but worthy of further investigation and condition mixed. Also x1 each used 1d (CC wmk), 1d (CA wmk), ½d and 2½d red-brown (both CA wmk). Incl.: x1 1/- c1908. From 1938/48, all mounted mint, are 3d (SG103), 10/- (SG 108) and £1 (SG109). (14 stamps).

Jamaica four pence stamp (c1880s) with CA watermark, in a nice strong red colour. Lightly mounted mint. Comes with 1/- (MM) from c1912. (2 stamps.)

Barbados stamps, mainly the sought after Britannia issues from the late 1850s through to the 1870s. Of the first design (used) x2 ½d, and of the second design (used) x2 six pence and x4 one shilling, all imperf; shades unchecked but worthy of further study. Also incl. (used): ½d and 1d of first design but with perfs, and (used) of second design with perfs are a ½d and (orange) no wmk six pence. Additionally there are five values (incl.: six pence and one shilling) from the 1906 Nelson issue (condition mixed and all mounted mint). (17 stamps).

A collection of St Vincent (x14), Grenada (x29) and St Lucia (x17) stamps mostly used. An interesting accumulation with some early issues. Notable items include the elusive St Vincent one shilling indigo and with 1s REVENUE overprint the one shilling lilacy rose colour (colours undefined). (60 stamps some worthy of further inspection).

A collection of Cape of Good Hope, Natal, South Africa (mint) and British Bechuanaland used stamps.
Notable items include a Cape of Good Hope Triangular, and a Natal one penny. Also four British South Africa Company stamps including x1 10 Shilling in red/blue. (34 stamps).

A collection Commonwealth, British Empire and beyond stamps, in an accumulation on cards and very worthy of assessment.
Mostly used but with a few later mounted mint stamps. Some stamps specifically highlighted by vendor include two from Ceylon, Gold Coast stamps, British Guiana, Straits Settlement four cents, x3 New Zealand six pence stamps (two imperf) in different colours, Fiji, Malta 5/-, Cayman Islands, Rhodesia & Nyasaland 5/-, 10/- and £1, Leeward Islands £1 and Nevis one penny Britannia, Papua 1/- perfin, British Central Africa Protectorate One Rupee (x2) and two shilling & six pence (x1), Bahamas one penny from 1950s. Over 250 stamps.
