A Late Meiji period (1868-1912) Tansu (storage cabinet), the table top black lacquered cabinet with central hinged drawers revealing an arrangement of six drawers, with three further drawers above and below, decorated in gilt with depictions of deer and fruiting trees, height 48cm, width 48cm and depth 31cm.
Nice clean condition, light wear to the gilt and relief or corner areas.
